The heart of EST is a 12 part multitimbral sampler. Each sampler can be controlled either by your host, midi-in or the internal step-sequencer. The step-sequencer contains 128 recallable patterns, which are clearly organized in banks, programs and variations. Each pattern contains complete sequences with triggers, notes and automation-data for the 12 samplers. Patterns can be shared with ERA.

EST can be used as an ordinary sampler or as a sampling groovebox. Different playmodes transform EST into an outstanding 12-layer sampler/synth-combination with incomparable potentialities for creating living, rhythmical instruments and arpeggios.

EST comes with a detailed reference manual, 4 tutorials with presets and many ready-to-use presets, sample-kits/slots and skins.
